Ann Marshall Robbeloth, JD, MSW, has been working in the fields of Estate Planning, Conservatorship and Elder Law since 1997. She has built her practice around the idea that planning for the future must incorporate the unique qualities of each client. She uses her legal and cooperative family skills to assist individuals and families to make informed decisions. Ann assists with inter-generational wealth planning, incapacity, special needs and elder care. Part of Ann’s practice involves assisting during a caregiving period or after the loss of a loved one. Ann is willing to listen, explain and support, whether the situation is a parent planning for the needs of children, a benefactor supporting a favorite charity, or a busy professional assisting parents as they age.

Ann graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Psychology. She graduated from Tulane University with a Juris Doctor, as well as a Master of Social Work. While at Tulane University, Ann represented juvenile delinquents with the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic. She also supported the New Orleans Pro Bono Project by grant-writing and receiving funding for a multi-disciplinary training program for attorneys and social workers in the Orleans Parish Family Law Court. She clerked for Judge Leonard Edwards of the Santa Clara County Dependency Court. Ann has worked in various capacities to bridge the gap between the legal and social services available in our communities.

Ann is a frequent speaker at Bay Area events regarding Estate and Wealth Planning, Planning for Special Needs Families, Conservatorship, and Elder Law. Recently, Ann has coordinated with a number of local financial planning firms to educate financial advisors on ways they can assist their clients to avoid court involvement and to plan for transitions within families.

Ann is an active member of the State Bar of California, a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and New Attorney Roundtable Chairperson on the Executive Committee of the Silicon Valley Bar Association.

Ann, her husband Scott, and their son Peter live in the Los Gatos Mountains, where they enjoy hiking and gardening.
