The estate plans that he builds are designed to be effective during the client's entire life, including an unanticipated incapacity and their eventual death. His goal is that the estate plan he designs will provide security and peace of mind for multiple generations of a family.
Through his work as an estate planning attorney, David became aware of the unique needs of families with special needs children and disabled adults. He has dedicated a substantial amount of time to learn and become skilled in the area of special needs planning.
