Firm Description

Practicing exclusively in Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning & Elder Law. My practice focuses solely on these inter-related areas of the law, enabling me to stay up-to-date in the ever changing landscape of Trust and Estate Law, Special Needs Planning and Long-Term Care Planning (encompassing Medicaid Planning and Veterans Benefits). I charge fixed prices for my services because clients appreciate knowing the cost up-front and I want clients to feel welcome asking me questions during the planning process - whether by email, phone or during our in-person design meetings. My approach to your planning is all-inclusive. I will guide you through the design of your plan, advising you of the pros and cons of your options, but letting you make the decisions. Ultimately, you walk away with a good understanding of your estate plan. Once you sign your estate plan, I see you through the often-overlooked trust funding, if applicable, and review all your beneficiary designations to ensure that everything is in order. In the end, we will have reviewed the title and ownership of all your assets to make sure everything is in order, giving you peace of mind that your loved ones are protected.
