Profession LogoFINANCIAL PLANNER

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM professional, I am dedicated to helping my clients build and secure their financial future.

Some of the lessons my father taught me were the value of hard work, leadership, and most importantly planning. I would always crack up at the hand-written driving directions even when GPS had been around for years. Growing up whether it was setting the kitchen table, sweeping the deck before winter, or hitting balls in the batting cage, I was taught that if you are going to do something, you need to be calculated and do it right.

I never knew how important that planning would be until I got the call that my 53-year-old dad was in the hospital and wasn’t going to make it. I learned right then, that life can happen in an instant and you need to be ready.

Those lessons about planning were not just words. My family was left in a spot where my father’s proper preparation left us in a good position. The kids were able to go to college and my mother was eventually able to retire. I have seen the impact good financial planning can have, so I decided to devote my career to paying it forward. Now I want to make sure everyone I meet is in the best position for the best of times and the worst of times.

In today’s day it is hard enough to live for today, never mind save for tomorrow. It is our responsibility to spread the best advice to as many people as possible and solve the retirement crisis that is facing millions of Americans every day. The way we do it is through understanding your situation, respecting your assets, educating you on your options, solving your problems, monitoring your progress, and staying in touch.

Not everyone needs or thinks they need a financial advisor, but no one should have to figure it out by themselves.

One of my passions is working with families with children with special needs. I hold the Chartered Special Needs Consultant designation from the American College of Financial Planning. This designation was earned after rigourous training and education program that provided me the technical, collaborative, and quantitative skills necessary to help clients with special needs. I help them plan for the uncertain in a changing landscape. I stay active in the community by giving educational workshops to parents for the financial future of their special needs children. If I can provide peace of mind I know I have done my job.

I managed about 20 financial professionals with a combined over 100 years' experience who tailor custom financial models to suit individual client needs. We strive to teach clients not only how to grow their wealth but how to protect it as well from market volatility, taxes, inflation, etc. Our specialties include retirement planning and tax reduction strategies.

I received a designation as a Retirement Planning Specialist through advanced education at The Wharton School of Executive Education. Between my knowledge, experience, backing from my firm, and desire to make the world a better place, I feel confident we can help any person better their financial future. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Start today.

CFP® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM are certification marks owned by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
