Jennifer DiCarlo is a vice president and senior special needs trust advisory specialist with Wells Fargo Bank in the Wealth & Investment Management division located in St. Louis, MO, and covers the North region.

Jennifer works directly with individuals living with diverse needs and abilities along with their family, support system, and other advisors. She is part of the relationship team for clients who are the beneficiaries of First Party Special Needs Trusts (SNTs), Third Party SNTs, and Settlement Protection Trusts. Jennifer assists clients in coordinating services and resources that can help improve their quality of life and facilitates conversations with investment strategists to align investment objectives with the client’s short and long-term needs.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jennifer was a practicing special needs trusts attorney in St. Louis, MO, where she advised clients regarding issues and decisions concerning special needs trusts, disability planning, supportive decision making and preservation of governmental benefits. In addition to her special needs practice, Jennifer previously worked for over ten years as professional liability claims counsel for a New York based risk management company.

Although not currently practicing, Jennifer earned her juris doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University. She is admitted to the Missouri, New York and Rhode Island Bars.
