Cynthia E. “Cindy” Gardner is a Partner in the Special Needs Law Center, (Maurer & Gardner, PLLC). The firm practices primarily in the area of Conservatorships, Special Needs Trusts and Wills for families of individuals with disabilities throughout the entire state of Tennessee. Prior to forming this firm with Ed Maurer, Cindy was Senior Staff Attorney at Disability Law & Advocacy Center of Tennessee, where she handled cases related to Special Education, ADA Employment Discrimination, Social Security and Vocational Rehabilitation. She attended law school at Oklahoma City University College of Law while owning/operating a restaurant which employed young adults with intellectual impairments. She has been a lawyer for 20 years.
