Eliana Emery is an estate planning and special needs attorney with Legacy Legal Group, LLC, located in Chesterfield, Missouri.  Her client-centered practice is focused on assisting individuals and families with custom legal care for the unique circumstances they face including estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, and guardianship and conservatorship matters.

Ms. Emery received her undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Washington, and both her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Washington University School of Law.  She is a certified civil and family mediator.

Ms. Emery is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Missouri Association of Attorney Mediators, and the Academy for Special Needs Planners. She is also a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the National Bar Association.  Ms. Emery is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.

Ms. Emery’s passion for Special Needs Planning stems from very personal experiences with family, close friends, and clients.  She approaches each case with empathy and compassion.
