Jennifer Brandi devotes her career exclusively to the practice of Medicaid and estate planning. Jennifer assists individuals and families in analyzing their personal and financial goals to develop effective estate plans, including how to best achieve Medicaid asset protection and Medicaid spend down. She has experience drafting estate planning documents, including wills, general powers of attorney, powers of attorney for health care and living wills.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was the Research Director for SB2, Inc., where she represented nursing home clients before the Maryland Circuit Courts on Medicaid reimbursement and recovery issues relating to long term care.
Previously, Jennifer served as a law clerk for Honorable Maurice A. Ross, Associate Judge in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and was managing partner of Brandi Law, where she represented clients in family law matters.
Jennifer received her B.S. in History from Lehman College, Bronx, New York, and earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York.
