Planning for individuals with special needs is complex. Each case is specific to the person's needs and abilities. Our comprehensive planning focuses on financial security, safe housing, quality caregiving, strong advocates, and providing a structure that gives the greatest degree of independence possible to the individual.
We develop special needs trusts that provide the overarching plans for the entire lifecycle of the individual. Our trusts are designed to be flexible, so they can be adapted to future changes in the law or government benefits. During our conversations with clients and their families, we will also see if ABLE Accounts, Guardianships, or alternatives to Guardianships may add value to the plan.
The most important goal we have it to protect continuing eligibility for available services, including social security, Medical Assistance or Medi-Cal, and services with the Developmental Disabilities Administration.
We take pride in helping families plan for the long-haul, be strategic and plan right.
