Alejandro is committed to assisting his clients to achieve their goals by tailoring solutions to meet their unique set of legal needs.
Prior to opening his own firm, Alejandro practiced in labor and employment law, commercial litigation, probate litigation, and immigration law. He previously held positions with a commercial litigation and intellectual property firm, and at a large Arizona firm where he defended private employers and government entities in employment and business matters.
Immediately after law school, Alejandro clerked for the Honorable Patricia A. Orozco with the Arizona Court of Appeals. Having gained extensive writing, research and litigation experience, Alejandro has developed an eye for detail and a keen ability to analyze problems in order to tailor precise and individualized client solutions. During law school, Alejandro was a Managing Editor of his school’s law review and gained valuable practicable experience by obtaining a number of sought-after legal internship positions.
Alejandro currently practices in the areas of labor and employment law, civil litigation, estate planning, and business law.
While none of us want to think about death or disability, establishing an estate plan is one of the most important steps you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones. Proper estate planning not only puts you in charge of your finances, it can also spare your loved ones of the expense, delay and frustration associated with managing your affairs when you pass away, or become disabled or incapable of making your own decisions.
Early in his legal career, Alejandro represented clients in a very contentious multi-million dollar probate litigation. The litigation virtually ripped the family apart and, sadly, could have been avoided through thoughtful and thorough planning. That experience caused Alejandro to focus part of his practice on estate planning.
A large part of the Firm’s estate planning practice focuses on special needs planning. Inspired by his cousin, Joey, Alejandro is passionate about assisting families with special needs members create legally sound, compassionate estate plans.
