Jennifer has an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Microbiology with graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1997. She graduated from ASU law in 1999 in the top 25% of her class. Jennifer was an Assistant Attorney General representing the Arizona Department of Economic Security in juvenile court cases involving dependency, severance and guardianship matters. For the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary she handled cases involving Guardian and Conservatorship for incapacitated adults. At the Center for Disability Law she was co-counsel on the class action lawsuit, Jason K. v. Eden, representing families in obtaining mental health services. She also represented families in eligibility hearings against the Division of Developmental Disability, Arizona Long Term Care and she oversaw the Traumatic Brain Injury Program. Jennifer has substantial litigation experience and she handles cases that involve mulitple courts and complex issues such as, disability, abuse or neglect of vulnerable children and adults. She is currently on the board of Raising Special Kids
