Michelle L. Scanlon is an Associate at Mandelbaum Salsburg practicing with the New Jersey Elder Law Center at Mandelbaum Salsburg and also in the Firm's Trusts and Estates and Special Needs Practice Groups. Michelle was previously an Associate at the New Jersey Elder Law Center at Goldberg Law Group and prior to her tenure there worked at a boutique law firm as a Special Education attorney where she represented families with children with disabilities to help them access the education they are entitled to by state and federal law.
Michelle received her J.D. from Rutgers University Law School. During law school, Michelle served as a Student Attorney at the Rutgers Education and Health Law Clinic, where she advocated for the rights of children with disabilities. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Political Science from Quinnipiac University. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
When not practicing law, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs.
