Ms. Banker has practiced in the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning since 2001.  She focuses her practice in the areas of guardianships and conservatorships for minors and adults, special needs trusts and Probate and Trust administration.    

Ms. Banker is  a certified private mediator with the Probate Court, speaks on elder law issues and serves as Judge Pro Tem.  

Ms. Banker serves on the Elder Law and Mental Health Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona and is the past President of Arizona Chapter of NAELA.  Ms. Banker's professional memberships include the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Probate and Trust and Mental Health and Elder Law section of the State Bar of Arizona, and the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.  

Ms. Banker enjoys spending time with her family and friends and volunteers her time at the Alzheimer's Association.
