Firm Description

Life Care Planning for Special Needs Families

Our top priority is to develop a comprehensive life care plan tailored to your loved one with special needs. We aim to assist families in navigating the intricate systems involved in creating a sounds financial plan. By learning about your personal situation and understanding your dreams, we can craft a special needs plan that ensures your child's future. We work to provide long-term strategies that align with your goals. Special needs planning is designed with a goal to enable you to provide assets for your disabled loved one without compromising their access to government benefits such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

In our initial meeting, we will begin by learning about your family dynamics and discussing your goals for your child with special needs. We’ll also gather financial information to start building a life care plan. In the following meeting, we’ll explore strategies that align with the plan and assess whether a Will or Special Needs Trust is necessary. Finally, we’ll move forward with implementing the chosen strategies to support your family's needs.
