Lisa’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning including special needs trust planning, conservatorships and advanced wealth planning.
Lisa understands the unique challenges of parenting a child with special needs as one of her three adult children has Down Syndrome. She goes beyond just creating a trust document and can help parents and loved ones understand the various services available to their child and family. Lisa is able to listen to the needs of her clients and educate them about possible solutions.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Denver School of Law and is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association. Prior to working as an estate planner, Lisa worked at Protection and Advocacy where she helped parents with special education issues and Regional Center eligibility.
