I am a disabled adult and the beneficiary of a special needs trust (my uncle is the current trustee). I'm having some issues with my landlord, and would like to know if the special needs trust can pay for legal fees in the event I want to hire a lawyer (a lawyer specifically to help with current landlord/tenant issues).
