As a law student, Jessica worked as an Extern with the Honorable Sandra K. Bean in Alameda Superior Court’s probate division, where she prepared memoranda on guardianship and conservatorship cases, and attended non-jury trials, hearings, and court investigator interviews of conservatees. Also as a law student, Jessica worked with the Corey & Corey Law Firm, where she prepared deeds, affidavits, and associated assessors’ files, and with the Council on American-Islamic Relations, where she prepared discrimination complaints to be filed with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Before enrolling in law school, Jessica worked in the field of intellectual property law with Raj Abhyanker P.C.
Jessica has been a member of the California Bar since 2016. She earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2015, where she won a place on the Moot Court Board, founded and chaired the Estate Planning Society, and joined the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Public Interest Law Foundation. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Politics from University of California Santa Cruz in 2011, where, as a student, she spent a summer in Israel studying the political conflict in the Middle East.
