Profession LogoFINANCIAL PLANNER

As a kid, when I wasn't in school, I spent my days working in the yard with my grandfather. He was tough, and he worked hard and expected me to do the same. After a long career at CF Industries, his wise financial decisions allowed him to retire comfortably. I watched him give generously to many people without complaint or reservation. He taught me the importance of being a good steward of what we receive—the importance of giving back.

I believe in investing my time to understand what is important to you. We will work together to build the life you want for yourself and for your family. I take a team approach, and I play to win. Together with your CPA and your attorney, I can help determine the most appropriate financial strategies.

Your confidence and trust are of the utmost importance to me. I am a CFP® professional with a master's degree from the College of Financial Planning. My education helps me solve complex problems for high-net-worth clients, small-business owners and those who are nearing retirement. I will be there every step of the way, whether it's keeping you on track or going back to the drawing board when life decides to throw a curveball.

A few years into beginning my practice, I learned that my godson, Cole, was diagnosed with profound autism. This shined a light on the intricate and urgent planning decisions that arise when a loved one has special needs. It prompted me to stretch my skillset. I'm a Charted Special Needs Consultant®, and I'm devoted to serving caregivers and advocating for children and adults with disabilities.

My teammate in the office and your go-to point of contact is Mary Kannenberg. Cole—my godson—is her son. We are a tight-knit family, and her perspective as a mother and caregiver coupled with her expertise in the field allows us to go above and beyond for our clients. I simply couldn't do this without her.

I'm an active member of Our Lady of Mercy Church. I volunteer as president of the OLOM Conference for St. Vincent de Paul and serve on the Council of Baton Rouge Special Works Board and the Pharmacy Board.

Relationships are key. Your time is valuable, and I welcome the opportunity to speak with you. Feel free to send us a message or call my office to start a conversation.
