Anna Sappington, Esq. is a solo practitioner in Glenside, Pennsylvania who enjoys helping clients use education, advocacy, and planning to manage problems and live their best lives.  Anna wrote the upcoming treatise Pennsylvania Special Needs Planning Guide: A Handbook for Attorneys and Trustees of Special Needs Trusts, which will be published in April 2017 by the George T. Bisel Company, a legal publisher.  Anna serves Of Counsel to Secured Futures, Inc., a charitable organization providing trustee and trust administration services to the disabled, the elderly, and minor children throughout the United States.  Anna is a member of various professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys.  She frequently teaches continuing legal education for attorneys regarding special needs planning, special needs trusts, and guardianship.  Anna graduated from from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2006.
