The roads families can take are as varied as clients themselves.  Ashley Day provides a truly personalized service, helping all clients customize their estate plans with options that are right for them.  She strongly believes that her compassion, ability to listen and effectively communicate are the foundations for her success.

Ashley Day graduated from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English. She received her Juris Doctor and Health Law Certificate from the School of Law at St. Louis University, where she also pursued her Masters in Public Health Policy.

As a high school Special Education teacher and during her time with Pfizer, Inc. as a sales representative, Central Nervous System specialty representative, and district manager, prior to law school, she developed her passion for helping individuals with specific care needs and gained experience pulling together information and data from myriad sources and synthesizing it, now, into valuable, usable legal advice to solve real-life problems.

Ashley’s professional experiences, experiences with clients, and experiences within her own family fuel her dedication and commitment to helping individuals and families with legal planning and solving legal problems related to aging and disability.  She opened her own practice to provide professional legal services the way she believes best serves clients – with close client contact, attention to detail, and timely service.

Ashley resides in Edwardsville, Illinois, with her husband, Will, their children, William and Mara, students at Edwardsville High School, and Henry, the family dog, and they maintain close contact with their daughter, Sophie, who is pursuing her Master’s Degree at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary .

Ashley is privileged to serve on the board of directors of African Vision of Hope and be an active member of First Baptist Church in Maryville, Illinois. Originally from Louisiana, she enjoys, always, spending time with family, LSU football, music, games, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
