As a mother of a special needs child, Carly Maderer uses her own personal experience and intellect to advise clients on matters relating to Social Security Benefits, Medicaid, Special Needs Trusts, Last Will and Testaments, Revocable Living Trusts, Guardianship and Alternatives to Guardianship. Carly and her husband, Jason, are blessed with four children, and in 2017, their third daughter was diagnosed with a rare chromosome disorder (Dup15q) causing epilepsy, nonverbal autism and other physical and mental disabilities. It was this life event that faithfully steered Cary into the legal area of special needs planning, and she approaches all such legal work as though she is advocating for her own daughter. 

She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, and serves on the Board of Reach Unlimited, a nonprofit dedicated to offering community services for adults with special needs.
