The law is David's second career, after spending 13 years in the corporate world, he enrolled in and graduated from Widener University School of Law with the goal of helping families plan for their's and their loved ones' futures. Estate planning was the realization of that goal. David builds comprehensive and unique estate plans that are customized to meet an individual family's relationship, financial, healthcare, and tax planning goals. David does not view estate planning as death planning, instead he views estate planning as life planning. The estate plans that he builds are designed to be effective during the client's entire life, including an unanticipated incapacity and their eventual death. His goal is that the estate plan he designs will provide security and peace of mind  for multiple generations of a family.

Through his work as an estate planning attorney, David became aware of the unique needs of families with special needs children and disabled adults.  He has dedicated a substantial amount of time to learn and become skilled in the area of special needs planning. As a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, a national network of dedicated attorneys and financial professionals, he comes equipped with the latest and most comprehensive knowledge for providing the families of special needs or disabled loved ones the proper legal tools to care for and support those individuals for the long lives ahead of them.
