Profession LogoATTORNEY

Eduardo "Eddie" Mordujovich is the founder of Mordujovich Law, PLLC, a North Central Florida practice dedicated to elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate planning. His practice focuses on helping families navigate the complexities of qualifying for Florida's Institutional Care Program (ICP) Medicaid, protecting assets from the devastating cost of long-term care, and putting comprehensive estate plans in place that account for both end-of-life wishes and the realities of aging.

Eddie honed his expertise in elder law through several years of dedicated practice alongside legendary attorney Sam Boone in Gainesville, where he assisted families with complex Medicaid planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration, and guardianship proceedings. He also brings practical financial acumen from his prior work in estate and income planning at a prominent Gainesville financial-planning firm, where he eventually served as chief compliance officer, benefiting clients who are often navigating serious financial decisions driven by pressing long-term care needs.

He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as research editor of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy and received the Book Award for Legal Research & Writing. Eddie received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a certification in International Business, from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Before law school, Eddie built a diverse professional background — from PricewaterhouseCoopers in New Jersey, to a startup in New York's Silicon Alley, to working alongside Emmy Award-winner Joe Pantoliano, with whom he co-produced the film Canvas starring Pantoliano and Academy Award-winner Marcia Gay Harden. The film has been widely recognized for its realistic portrayal of mental illness and has been used in Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training at law enforcement agencies across Florida.

Eddie grew up in Miami Beach and spent his childhood summers in La Plata, Argentina. After a decade between New York and Jackson, Wyoming, he returned to Florida in 2006 for law school and settled in the Gainesville area, where he has resided for the last 20 years. Eddie and his wife, Staci, a North Florida native, live in Gainesville with their six children.
