Profession LogoATTORNEY

Jennifer Frank has been practicing law since 1992, and since 2008 she has devoted her career to elder law, estate planning, and special needs planning. With more than three decades of experience, she brings both depth of knowledge and compassion to her work, guiding families through the complex decisions that come with aging, incapacity, and legacy planning.

Jennifer began her elder law practice working at a premier elder law firm in Maine,  gaining invaluable mentorship and insight into the unique challenges faced by older adults and persons with disabilities. Building on that foundation, she has developed a reputation for her ability to translate complicated legal concepts into clear, practical guidance that empowers clients to make informed choices.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent 15 years as the managing attorney at a mass-tort litigation firm, representing individuals harmed by unsafe prescription drugs. This advocacy work raised her awareness of the importance of preserving public benefits when a settlement or inheritance is obtained, and deepened her empathy for those facing life’s most difficult challenges—qualities she continues to bring to her elder law and estate planning practice today.

Firm Description

We are a law firm concentrating on the legal needs of older Americans and their families. The law firm assists persons of all ages in estate and tax planning, and has a special focus on the legal issues and life decisions which older individuals and their families must face.

The firm also focuses on special needs planning for individuals with disabilities so that a lawsuit settlement or an inheritance can be used to enhance the individual’s life without unnecessarily impacting public benefits that the individual may rely upon. Whether a person is born with developmental disabilities or becomes disabled by illness or an accident, we can advise the individual and/or families regarding all available legal options. We offer excellent legal services in a caring and respectful manner.
