Kathleen is a solo practitioner in Southern Ocean County, New Jersey where she focuses her practice on Wills, Trusts, Estate, Guardianships and care planning for senior and disabled individuals. Kathleen graduated from William Paterson University, magna cum laude, in 1989 and from Ruters Law School, Newark, in 1992. Kathleen is a solo practitioner in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, asset preservation, estate administration, guardianships and real estate. Kathleen is a member of the American Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as the Elder Law Section of the Ocean County Bar Association. Kathleen is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. Kathleen served as a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association and as Co-Chair of the Association's Elder Law Section.
