After graduating from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 1998, I clerked for the Honorable Judge James Casebolt with the Colorado Court of Appeals. I then worked for Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in the mergers, acquisitions, and business transactional department.

I then co-founded and spent ten years running an eDiscovery company, while starting a family here in Steamboat Springs.  Most importantly, I was fortunate enough to be able to take some time off from practicing law to raise my three children, who still keep me busy ferrying them to and from horse show competitions and hockey games.
