Lisa represents clients with disabilities or families with disabled children to implement planning strategies to access public benefits and maximize preservation of the individual’s or family’s assets. She advises clients on self-settled supplemental needs trusts, third party supplemental needs trusts, and testamentary supplemental needs trusts, as well as pooled community supplemental needs trusts. She also assists client with Article 17A guardianships for disabled children or family members.
