Michael earned his JD from Boston University School of Law in 2003 and is admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. His practice is primarilly devoted to assisting the elderly and those with special needs, including asset protection and qualifying for public benefits. Prior to relocating to south Florida, Michael practiced securities litigation in the New York City offices of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP. He is a member of the National and Florida Academies of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Bar Association and is a Veterans Affairs certified attorney.

He is active in several charitable causes promoting science education and critical thinking.
