Firm Description

After nearly two decades of working as a healthcare professional and running multiple dental practices, I faced the difficult decision of giving up that profession and my way of life because of an unavoidable surgery. I learned the importance of a Will, a Trust, and a Power of Attorney first-hand when I suddenly grappled with the possibility of never returning home to my loved ones.

Besides the support of my family and friends, my recovery and successful transition to the practice of law resulted from meticulous planning and guidance by expert professionals that gave me the peace of mind to let me focus on my future. My goal as your legal counsel is to be one of those expert professionals for you.

As a mother, I understand the need to protect children with special needs from emotional uncertainties and financial insecurity. As a daughter who sees her parents face the challenges of getting older, I am sensitive to the needs of seniors in our society-the reason I chose to include Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, and Guardianship in my practice.

Finally, as an entrepreneur and a business owner for over twenty years (and still going), I appreciate how small legal issues, if ignored, can snowball into calamities that can threaten to destroy all you have built with your hard work. I would like to ensure that the decisions you make today will set your mind at ease regardless of what tomorrow brings.

I am the attorney you can call with complete confidence, knowing that a caring counselor who understands you will answer your questions and help resolve your problems. I am here to help and just a phone call away. Book a call via my website www.notanilaw.com, or for matters that cannot wait, call me or text me at 972-814-8620.
