Patricia Elrod-Hill was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1989. She is a graduate of The School of Law at Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a member of the Law Review and President of the Women Law Students Association. Ms. Elrod-Hill was employed as a Staff Attorney in the Office of Regional Counsel, Department of Veterans Affairs from 1990-2002. At the VA, she practiced health care law, medical malpractice, employment law, and information law. Ms. Elrod-Hill founded the Elrod-Hill Law Firm, LLC, in 2003 and now concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder and Disability Law. Ms. Elrod-Hill is the Immediate Past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association; serves on the Board of the Georgia Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); and is the Community Service Chair of the Atlanta Chapter of WIFS – Women in Financial Services. She served on the Board of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers from 2004-2008. She is a member of the Real Estate, Fiduciary and Elder Law Sections of the Georgia Bar. In addition, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, WealthCounsel, a nationwide collaboration of trusts and estates attorneys, tax and business professionals providing in—depth education and drafting assistance to ensure its members have the most sophisticated planning techniques available and Wealthcounsel Advisors Forum.

Patricia Elrod-Hill founded the Elrod-Hill Law Firm, LLC, in 2003 and concentrates in the areas of Estate Planning, VA Benefits, Special Needs Planning, Wills, Trusts and Probate Needs.
