Samantha D’Angelo earned her Juris Doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law in 2017 along with a certificate in litigation and Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. Prior to earning her law degree and joining Elder Law of Omaha, Ms. D’Angelo received a BA in Psychology and minor in sociology from Wayne State College. Ms. D’Angelo put her skills to work as a child welfare social worker for two years before the passion of wanting to do more for others led her to law school.

At Elder Law of Omaha, Ms. D’Angelo guides her clients through the process of getting their affairs in order, creates Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts, and other services to meet her clients’ needs.
