Attorney Scott J. Brogan is a native of Marquette, Michigan, completing his undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University and earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan.

With over 20 years experience, Brogan is a dedicated attorney with an extensive background in Estate Planning and Elder Law, and is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Brogan currently serves as VP for the nonprofit organization Affordable Housing Solutions of the Upper Peninsula. Borgan has also served on the Marquette Area Public School Board and the Marquette Township Zoning Board of Appeals. He enjoys sailing, biking, and hiking, and resides in Negaunee with his children.
