Andy Schultz has been a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual since 2003 and is one of the founding Principals of Clarity Financial Planning Group.  Andy has found it particularly rewarding to help busy families balance the multiple financial priorities that arise as careers and families mature.  Andy focuses much of his time helping families with special needs considerations.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, Andy attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and launched what became a very successful food service business.  Shortly after graduating in 2001, he sold the business to join Northwestern Mutual. Andy addresses the complex nature of his clients' financial profiles with sophistication and clarity, and he's passionate about making the financial plans he creates as simple as possible, but not simpler.

Andy has been married to his wife Jen since 2004, and they live with their three children in Abington, PA. In his free time, he's an avid runner and enjoys competing in various races throughout the year, his favorite being the Abington YMCA Gobble Wobble held everything Thanksgiving. Andy also enjoys coaching his son's soccer team, being the mascot for the elementary school, and spending time with his family.
