Mike Davis is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and a Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) with over 15 years experience in the financial industry. Mike is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning to families with special needs and working professionals with children. As the founder of Legs Financial, Mike is passionate about empowering families to achieve financial security and peace of mind.

Mike's journey into special needs financial planning was inspired by his personal experiences and a deep-seated desire to make a difference. Witnessing the positive impact his daughters had working with organizations serving the special needs community and then personally getting involved with Abilities Tennis (atanc.org) ignited a passion to combine his financial expertise with a commitment to serve. 

There are many unique challenges and opportunities faced by families with special needs and Mike is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized guidance to help them navigate the complexities of financial planning and secure a brighter future for them.

Originally from Michigan, Mike and his wife Carly moved to North Carolina in 2003 and now call Greensboro home with their daughters Sophie and Ashlyn, their dog Scarlett and cat Saffron. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys theater, playing tennis, hiking, kayaking, and dabbling in pickleball.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Wayne State University in Detroit where he also played collegiate tennis for the Warriors.
