Julie is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF #346) and Certified Care Manager (CMC) with a Masters degree in Gerontology who has served as the Trustee, Trust Advocate and Care Manager for numerous special needs trusts (SNTs).  She is frequently asked to serve in these capacities by private individuals and colleagues including attorneys other fiduciaries and care managers, and Pooled Trust nonprofits.  She is deeply committed to ensuring individuals with special needs receive the support they need to live with independence, dignity, and the highest quality of life. With a focus in holistic care, she and her team work closely with each client to create comprehensive plan that includes both personal and financial support.

Julie is a dedicated advocate and has presented extensively on these topics at professional conferences in both the Special Needs Trust and Aging Life Care Management arenas.  She remains an active participant in professional associations and mentorship groups, continuously expanding her knowledge and sharing her expertise with others in the field
