Profession LogoATTORNEY

Carly Maderer grew up in Houston, Texas before moving to Oklahoma to attend Oklahoma State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After graduating in the top 10% from Oklahoma State University, Carly received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Oklahoma City University. It was also at Oklahoma City University School of Law where she met her partner in the Firm, Gigit Tyler.

Prior to opening her own practice, Carly worked at Gordon & Rees (Houston office) and Ewing & Jones, PLLC. Carly’s experience includes working on mergers and acquisitions; drafting various business contracts; helping individuals and companies with employment matters; assisting with complex corporate organizations; and representing clients involved in start-up ventures, investment deals, private capital raises and franchise opportunities. Carly utilizes her business education not only to advise clients from a legal perspective but with a unique understanding of their overall corporate needs.

Carly and her husband, Jason, are blessed with four children. In 2017, their third child was diagnosed with a rare chromosome disorder (Dup15q) causing mental and physical disabilities. It was this life event and her family’s overall protection that inspired Carly to help other families safeguard their loved ones from whatever life might throw their way. She is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and is a member of the Houston Northwest Bar Association.
